PH 3-2 Table Lamp
The PH 3-2 Table Lamp is a member of the three-shade family that Poul Henningsen designed. The first lights using the system were designed for an exhibition in Paris. Approximately one thousand different models have been produced over the years and consisted of table, floor, and wall lamps as well as a number of different chandeliers. Henningsen was the first person to pursue a scientific approach to light and use the logarithmic spiral as a basis which results in an even distribution of light over the entire curve of the shade.

Materials
Powder-coated aluminum top shade. The two bottom shades are handblown white opal glass with a silk matte brown brass stem and base. In-line on/off switch provided for 144" black cord.
